The Maximo solid wood design console from Take me home has taut lines with a central shelf held by steel bars, like wires that support the top. Solid oak can be finished with varnish or oil to protect the wood. The top of the designer console has an open compartment for storing magazines, mail or remote controls. This central tray will allow you to keep the most frequently used items close at hand.
