For our shipments, we trust the Post via its 48h Colissimo solution, Mondial Relay for deliveries to relay points, Dachser and Transmob for bulky products.

We display the estimated delivery date of your order on the product sheets, in the basket and on your invoice. The times indicated on the product sheets are for information only and are calculated according to the supplier, the availability of the product, the schedule, the carrier and for delivery in mainland France.

For Premium deliveries (only in France), allow 10 additional days compared to the delivery date indicated on the site and your invoice.

Some brands will ship your order directly to you. The supplier's carrier then takes care of the delivery of the package to your home, it can be DPD, DHL or Rhenus Logistics for example.

For all standard shipments, your package number is emailed to you on the day of shipment. We ship your package the same day as the order if it is placed before 12 noon and the product is in stock.

Returns:

In accordance with our general conditions of sale, returns are free whether in France or in Europe in order to avoid any stress during the purchase.

There are however cases where the returns remain chargeable:

- If you have opted for premium paid delivery.

- Any order with paid delivery.

In these cases, returns are billed at the same rate as shipments. You won't have any bad surprises. The cost of the return will be deducted from your refund or credit note.

In accordance with our general conditions of sale and French law, products that have been personalized via our personalization tool cannot be the subject of a credit note, a return or a refund.
